Responsibilities

  • Scheduling your own appointments from qualified direct-leads
  • Running 10-12 in-home
    appointments a week
  • Reporting activity and results through a Lead Management System
  • Travel within sales territory
  • Attend weekly conference calls
  • Communication with your Regional Director
  • Be compliant with company procedures
  • Have the ability to one-call close in the home

Requirements

  • Full-Time commitment
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Posses excellent listening skills
  • Self-discipline, motivation and drive
  • Continuing education through company resources and relevant material
  • Clear criminal background

Tools of the Trade

  • Laptop or PC with built-in camera or webcam
  • Basic computer skills
  • Cell Phone (preferably a smartphone)
  • In-home office environment to make calls
  • Reliable Transportation
