As an Outside Sales Representative, you will follow up company provided direct-mail leads with a goal of getting to the kitchen table where you will learn more about your prospect and their situation. From there, you will educate them about various aspects of estate planning, including the advantages and disadvantages of various estate planning options.

Once you've established the need and your prospect understands the potential impact that planning, or lack of planning, could have on them or their family, the next step is to get them to act by simply enrolling them into our Estate Planning Service Program. Through this program, they will gain access to a qualified, experienced estate-planning attorney, one that focuses their practice in and around the area of estate planning exclusively.

They will also have access to a vast menu of estate planning documents to help them meet their estate planning goals. Specifically, what documents they receive will be based on their consultation with their attorney and his or her recommendations. Once their plan has been implemented, they will also receive a lifetime of benefits and services intended to keep their plan current over time.

Ultimately, your prospects enrollment in this program offers them the peace of mind and assurance that their estate planning needs will be met and that someone will be there for them or their family when they need it most. While this program provides the prospect with a lifetime commitment, your role in the process is limited to helping enroll them. Once enrolled, there is no follow up, delivery or service work required on your part. Thus, allowing you the opportunity to focus on what you do best, prospect and sell!
